Shipping policy

Orders and purchases are processed within 24-48 hours after payment and are usually shipped the next business day. All Custom Orders will take 7-10 business days for productions before they are shipped out.  

NeonDreamsUSA is not liable for any delays due to weather, mishandling by shipping carriers, invalid delivery addresses, or incorrect contact information.  Once the item(s) have left our warehouse, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost items. All items are carefully wrapped and packed to be well protected during transit. Shipping fees will vary on weight, and destination. All rates are retrievable prior to check out. Shipping timeframes are dependent on the carrier selected, and the destination of your package.
