Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment and are shipped the next business day. Production time for all Custom orders is 5-7 Business Days. Rush Order option is available with a 2-3 days for production.  If you choose our Standard Free Shipping at checkout- please allow 5-7 business days for your sign to arrive after Production is completed. NeonDreamsUSA is not liable for any delays due to weather, mishandling by shipping carriers, invalid delivery addresses, or incorrect contact information filed at checkout. Once the item(s) has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any damaged (exceptions for NeonDreams), delayed, or lost items. All items are professionally packaged to be fully secured & protected during transit. Shipping timeframes vary depending on the carrier selected and the destination of your package.
